TERMS & CONDITIONS
First- The Owners
1st-TAll accommodations published on our website are in full agreement and the responsibility of the owner, who has collected the legality of the same.
Second- The Guests
1st-All guests who make reservations through our website must accept that they have read and are aware of its terms and conditions.
Third- Security
1º-The services that make up the stays are based on Portuguese requirements and criteria.
2nd-In general, these requirements and criteria will not be the same as those of other countries. It is your responsibility to ensure the safety and care of your group members, so please take all precautions during your stay.
3rd-In particular, we ask that you familiarize yourself with the fire-fighting equipment found on the property and the location of the exit doors. Please ensure children are supervised at all times, parents bear full responsibility for their children's actions at all times.
4th-Special (but not exclusive) attention should be given to balconies, terraces, staircases, glass panels / shutters, wet or damp floors and swimming pools.
Fourth - The Behavior
1st-Entry into the rented accommodation is authorized for the owner, law enforcement officer or other responsible person.
2º-The non-compliance or behavior of any member of your group that may cause inconvenience, damage, disturbances or disrespect for the property, or if you do not show respect according to local laws and customs, we reserve the right to terminate your stay.
3º-If this happens, we will have no responsibility for you from that moment on. It will be your responsibility to assume costs and expenses resulting from this behavior.
4th-The owner or other representative also reserves the right to contact the local authorities and call them to the place, in order to expel him from the accommodation in extreme cases, in which his behavior or other elements of the reservation is unacceptable.
Fifth - The Reserves
1st-On our website we only accept reservations, from Saturday to Saturday, or any that are agreed upon before booking on the website, and within the current holiday year, o that any reservation made, other than from Saturday to Saturday, or for the following year it will be cancelled, for another date can only be arranged by telephone. We do not accept reservations made for the year following year, as we only accept bookings from January onwards. We may refuse a booking when it is made outside the rules.
2º- When a reservation is made and paid for, but it is not accepted, and the guest has paid, the total amount paid will be refunded. for your return.
3 - when a customer makes a reservation in our reservation system, but due to a defect or an error in the system itself, the dates, days, or the amount does not correspond to the reality of our table or policy of dates or values, this reservation will be canceled if the customer has already paid the deposit and will be refunded in full already paid.

1-If the guest wishes to cancel his reservation, after payment of the reservation deposit, the deposit amount will only be refunded 50%, up to 15 days before entry. But you can transfer your reservation to another person up to three days after has cancelled, and that person can refund the amount paid.
2 - If on the day of entry the guest does not wish to stay in the accommodation, for whatever reason, the amount paid as a deposit for the reservation will not be refunded.
CANCELLATION MADE BY THE OWNER
3º-For reasons of force majeure, it may sometimes be necessary to cancel your reservation, in the remote event of this happening, the owner or his representative will return the entire down payment/deposit paid, without the right to any compensation (refunds will not be made if there is any failure on your part to comply with any aspect of these terms and conditions).
4th-Possible Reasons for Cancellation:
The reserved apartment had problems and cannot be occupied. The guest made a reservation on weekdays that are not accepted. The guest made a reservation from one year to the next.
5th-The guest is also subject to accepting the change of apartment, in case the reserved apartment, or already occupied by the same, has a problem for some reason and is unable to be occupied, in this case, the Owner or his representative, has an alternative that the guest accepts his exchange, this is up to the adjustment of the values of the two accommodations, if we have no alternative, the guest must look for an alternative on his own, in this case the value of the days that will be returned to the guest will not occupy the accommodation, without the latter being entitled to any compensation.

5ºOur obligation to the guest is limited to the completion of the reservation, and it is up to the owner or his representative to resolve any issue that may arise, both in terms of accommodation and in terms of relationships.
6ºThese general terms and conditions are available to everyone on the sulvillas website. A copy of this page will be sent to the guest on the _cc781905-5cde-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_reservation confirmation form, so the guest assumes that he has read and agrees with them and wants to continue with the reservation .
